Green County Community Survey
In 2009, the Future Forward! Green County initiative (FFGC) busied itself on several fronts. One major initiative was to learn more about what younger generations are looking for in a community when it comes to deciding where to settle down, go to work and raise a family. To this end, the later part of 2009 was spent conducting a series of seven surveys designed to gather information about how our community is perceived by young professionals and others. Now that the survey process is complete, we are evaluating the information gathered and setting our priorities for future projects and initiatives. Green County Students in the Spotlight
We're excited to announce that Future Forward! Green County and Green County Spotlight LLC have teamed up with a number of local school districts and will begin offering mentor-based, high-school-level internships in Cyberspace to participate in the development of the community web portal project (GreenCountySpotlight.com) starting this fall (2010).
